I was sitting at my desk and I blurted out, “man, I’m hot,” then continued to go about my business. as I reached for my piping hot cup of coffee, I started to laugh. … and then the lesson came: the choices we make lead us right to where we are! duh! you’re hot silly, because you’re drinking hot coffee and it’s 100 degrees outside!
I realized this was a lesson in the age old concept “garbage in, garbage out,” we are products of whatever we choose to allow in. we are only as good as what we put into our soul, what we are taught or what images we allow ourselves to see. eventually, what we put in will make its way to our inner most being and out through our actions!
